Returns & Refunds Policy
At Andy Lock Photography, I take great care to ensure your photographic prints are produced and packaged to a high standard. However, I understand that sometimes you may need to return an order.
This policy explains your rights and what to do if you are unhappy with your purchase.
Cancelling or Returning Your Order
If you are purchasing a standard photographic print, you have the right under UK consumer law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without having to give a reason.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your print. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item.
The print must be returned in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Please note that I cannot accept returns of custom-made, personalised or bespoke photographic prints unless they arrive damaged, faulty or are not what you ordered.
Damaged or Faulty Prints
I carefully package all prints to minimise the risk of damage during delivery. If your print arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault with the product, please contact me as soon as possible.
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the problem
Photographs showing the damage or fault, including the packaging if applicable
I will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including reasonable return postage costs.
Please do not dispose of damaged items or packaging until I have had the opportunity to assess the problem.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong print, size or product, please contact me as soon as possible after delivery.
I will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover any reasonable costs associated with returning the incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, I will confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Where you are exercising your statutory right to cancel an order, I will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery charge you paid for the original order. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, I am only required to refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option available.
Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or, where applicable, receiving evidence that you have returned it.
Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange an unwanted standard print for another print or size, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Any difference in price will need to be paid or refunded as appropriate.
Custom, personalised or bespoke prints cannot normally be exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
